Google + FeedBurner = ????
Google has just bought FeedBurner. That is a huge plus for both companies. It will hopefully be a huge plus for us Blogger's as well. As FeedBurner user I have come to love the service.
Of course I love Google. They send me the vast majority of my traffic. Of course I use them to find just about everything. It will be interesting to see how AdSense and AdWorks find their way in to the feeds we produce and the feeds we consume. To the Folks a FeedBurner congratulations! For the folks a Google, treat them nice, they have worked hard and built us a great tool.
As for us users of the web. I know Google will do their best to stick to their mission of organization the worlds information. Lets just help them ensure that FeedBurner isn't just another advertising channel. Google has done good job at minimizing the impact of ads on content. I hope the apply that same delicate hand to ads in our Feeds.
